Earlier this week, I spoke about the little gremlin in my office...Good news, the
GREMLIN has now left the building! Yep, and just how do I know, he follow me home to my garage door opener. That's right, he has followed me home...My garage door no longer opens or closes. The motor runs on the opener, but the chain doesn't. Therefore, the Charlie Galloway within me, decided I could fix the garage opener. I got the ladder out and placed it so I could wiggle the chain to possible make the chain move. The chain moved all right, taking my glove with it. Before I could retrieve my glove it wrapped around gear above the motor...At this point, something told me, I'm not a carpenter. Since the garage door opener is about 20 years old, we decided to bid our farewell to our old faithful garage door opener and purchase of a new one. Oh now for our next trick, puttin' up the new opener...Last time we did this, it took a whole day and I don't mean 8 hours; it was about 14 years. As you may have gathered, we are not carpenters...Oh, I wonder what my glove will looks like.
