What a difference 36 hours can make! Yesterday morning, it was -3 degrees. Tonight, it is 42 degrees. It feels like spring out there. Wow! What a welcome relief!
Besides I physically know it is cold outside, also, I know its cold, because people has been spending more time on their computers. This week, I had four people inquiring about genealogy. Hopefully, I'll be gathering more information about the Emily Jane (Cook) Kepley's ancestors.
Wasn't the plane crash on the Hudson a miracle? No doubt, the highly skilled pilot played a major role. However, I feel the good "Lord" used, Capt. Sullenberger as his instrument. My favorite comment came from one of a lady passengers. She said, "I heard prayers in several different languages going up!" This episode really makes us humans wake up to the knowledge, we have a greater power among us! Furthermore, to warm my heart was to watch the quick reaction of the first responders! Strangers helping strangers...We hear so much negative, it does a heart good to hear something positive on the news!
Please write your thoughts about this crash...
